Toner Support Ltd. buys only toner cartridges with proven origin (OEM cartridges*) – original cartridges from all popular brands of printers, copiers, and MFPs** on the Bulgarian market: Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard (HP), Lexmark, Ricoh, Samsung, Xerox, Pantum, Okidata, Panasonic, Sharp.

Conditions for Toner Cartridge Buyback

We buy only “virgin” cartridges – used only once, without refilling or any other modification.

Important: Toner Support Ltd. reserves the right to decide whether the empty toner cartridges you offer will be purchased.

What does OEM mean?

* OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer, a manufacturer of original equipment. These are products with proven brand origin, not counterfeits.

What is an MFP?

** MFP – Multifunction Printer.

Types of Toner Cartridges We Do NOT Buy

1. Compatible toner cartridges (“clones”) – low-quality, single-use products, often in violation of patents and harmful to the environment.
2. Starter toner cartridges – the cartridges that come with a brand-new printer or MFP, usually with lower capacity and different construction.

Buyback Prices

The prices listed on the website are for quantities from 1 to 20 pieces. For larger quantities or rare models, prices are negotiable. All prices are without VAT and transport costs.

Payment Methods

Individuals: payment in cash at our office or via money transfer.

Companies: payment in cash, via money transfer, or by bank transfer.

Buyback Process

Our specialists check each cartridge to ensure it is “virgin” and suitable for buyback. For large quantities, we recommend contacting us in advance.

On-site Buyback in Sofia

Visit us at: Sofia, Prof. Ivan Georgov St. №14A, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Pick-up with Our Transport (Sofia)

For large quantities, we can provide transportation. If the cartridges do not meet the requirements, the transportation fee is 5 BGN / €2.56, deducted from the payment amount.

Shipping from Other Cities via Econt

Send the cartridges to Econt office “Sofia Voenna Rampa” with the note “right to inspection upon delivery”. If the value of the cartridges exceeds 200 BGN / €102.26 without VAT, we cover the transport costs.
