6.2. The Distributor may conclude a trade and/or distribution agreement with the User that differs from the distance contract established upon completion of the registration referred to in Section 3 above. The terms of such agreement are aligned with these Terms and Conditions but may provide additional benefits for the User beyond those mentioned in Section 6.1, such as better discounts, more favorable commercial terms, and/or extended payment deadlines. In such cases, the Distributor may require the User to commit to fixed minimum sales volumes.

Specific requirements that differ in whole or in part from these Terms and Conditions shall be binding on the Distributor only if they are made in writing and signed on behalf of the Distributor by a duly authorized representative.

8.4. An Order shall be considered valid only when all specific requirements explicitly stated in the offer, together with these Terms and Conditions, have been accepted.
9Orders
9.1. The User expresses the intention to purchase Products offered on the Website by placing an Order.
9.2. A new Order begins when the User selects a Product and adds it to the shopping cart displayed in the upper-right corner of the navigation bar. The User may continue selecting Products and adding them one by one, with each new click on the cart adding an item to the active Order. By clicking on the cart, the User can view the current status of the Order (Products and prices), review and modify it, while the total price is recalculated automatically.
After entering all desired Products into the Order, the User continues by providing the required information according to the steps specified on the Website. The User selects a payment method, enters invoicing details, specifies the delivery address, and includes any additional conditions they wish to communicate to the Distributor regarding the Order. The message "Thank you for choosing our product." indicates that the process has been successfully completed. The Order is then forwarded for processing.
Once finalized, every Order is registered in the Distributor's processing system, and the User receives a confirmation email.
9.3. The delivery schedule for destinations outside Sofia is as follows: Orders completed on a business day before the specified deadline (normally 4:30 PM) are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after the specified time are registered on the next business day.
Some deliveries outside Sofia must be finalized earlier due to courier schedules requiring earlier parcel handover deadlines. Our specialists will provide detailed information when applicable.
9.4. Within the territory of Sofia we operate according to the following schedule:
- Orders completed by the User before 12:00 PM are delivered by 5:00 PM on the same day;

10Prices
10.1. The published prices apply under the condition "ex works from the Distributor's warehouses".

10.3. The published prices apply to quantities from one (1) to twenty (20) units inclusive. Prices for larger quantities shall be negotiated individually. This rule applies both to the buyback of empty toner cartridges and to the sale of Products by the Distributor unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A Third Party is any person other than the Order holder who is present at the specified delivery address and accepts the Order on behalf of the User.
12.7. Refusal to accept delivery outside the cases described in Section 12.12 shall be considered unjustified, and the User shall reimburse all delivery and return transportation costs.
12.8. If the User cannot be found at the specified delivery address or fails to provide access for delivery within the agreed period, the Distributor shall be released from its delivery obligation. The User may request a new delivery after covering all additional costs, and a new delivery period shall commence upon confirmation of the new request.
12.9. Where the Distributor delivers the Products itself or through a courier selected by the Distributor, the risk of accidental loss or damage remains with the Distributor until the Products are handed over to the User. If the User chooses a different carrier, the risk passes to the User upon transfer of the Products to that carrier.
12.10. The Distributor shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products and/or Services within the agreed timeframe. Delays in delivery shall not entitle the User to terminate the contract or claim damages resulting solely from such delay.
12.11. The Distributor selects the courier used for deliveries. If the User requests another carrier, the User shall bear all delivery costs regardless of the Order value.
12.12. The User may refuse acceptance of a delivered Product only in the following cases:

Where such discrepancy exists, the Distributor shall deliver the replacement Products at its own expense within two (2) business days.
12.14. The User may exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act within fourteen (14) days after receiving the Products, provided that they are returned in the same condition in which they were received, unopened and unused, except where statutory exceptions apply.
12.15. Where the User withdraws from the delivery under Section 12.14, the User shall reimburse the Distributor for the return transport costs.
13Partial Delivery and Storage
13.1. Where an Order contains multiple (more than one) items, the Distributor reserves the right to deliver and invoice one or more portions of the Order separately. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, each partial delivery shall be invoiced independently, and each invoice shall be paid separately in accordance with the payment terms specified in Section 11.
14Transfer of Ownership
14.1. Ownership of the Products shall pass to the User only after the full payment of the Order price, including all delivery costs and charges.
14.2. The User acknowledges that all Products are supplied solely for use by an authorized person and that ownership shall remain with the Distributor until all outstanding obligations have been settled in full.
14.3. The User undertakes to keep the Products in good condition until the full amount owed to the Distributor has been paid.
15Force Majeure
15.1. Force majeure shall include any natural disaster, accidental or extraordinary event, or actions of third parties beyond the Distributor's control that make the fulfillment of the Distributor's obligations impossible.
15.2. Neither the Distributor nor the Users shall be liable for failure to perform their obligations during the period in which force majeure exists and its consequences continue. During this period, the performance of all mutual obligations shall be suspended. This exemption does not apply to overdue payments that became due before the occurrence of the force majeure event.
15.3. The party affected by force majeure shall notify the other party without delay, as soon as reasonably possible, regarding the circumstances and restrictions arising from the force majeure event.
